The GREEN RIVER project is the rehabilitation of a wooded area of +/- 9ha at 50 m above the Ourthe river.

The rehabilitation proposes the construction of 130 Lodges of 3 different models on a surface of 6 ha and the creation of a vegetalized zone on 1,5 ha dedicated to the leisure and the relaxation.

This rehabilitation will include ecological roadways, a water management system and a sewage system that meets the latest standards.

In addition to these aspects, numerous plantations of hedges, trees, .... will allow each one to have its intimacy while having services such as concierge in a preoccupation with safety or of perfect daily management of the site.

Located at 5 km from Durbuy and Hotton this project is unique in the region.
